Mary Bailey has been a member of the cannabis industry in the U.S. for over twenty years and was recently named one of the top 100 most influential people in the cannabis industry by High Times Magazine. Mary is a firm believer that everybody fortunate enough to benefit from the legalization of cannabis should feel a moral obligation to assist those who are still suffering due to the devastating effects of prohibition. As Managing Director of the Last Prisoner Project, Mary leads development efforts and cultivates community partnerships that enable LPP to fight for the release of cannabis prisoners and support them as they rebuild their lives. Her dedication to this mission has bolstered LPP’s reentry program which has distributed over $1.5M to constituents through direct grants, commissary funds, and other financial support.
